We guarantee your satisfaction on all orders. Any item which you are not satisfied with, may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

During the Holidays we extend our return policy! Anything purchased between November 1st and December 15th will have an extended return date of January 15th, 2010. All purchases made after December 15th may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

• Merchandise must be returned in "like new" condition.
• Package all the item(s), including all tags that came with the product.
• Please include a copy of original packing slip and reason for return.
• We recommend you send your package via UPS with a tracking number; please do not send COD. It is important to retain the tracking number of your returned merchandise so that we can verify the receipt of your goods and process your return/exchange promptly.

• Freight is not refundable, except for defective items. You will be charged shipping for all exchanges.
• We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Returns take approximately 7 days to process.

Exchanging

To receive the exchange you desire, we recommend you place a new order online to ensure availability. If you choose to make an exchange with the return of merchandise, please allow 7-10 business days from the day we receive your return to process your exchange.

If we have sent you a defective or incorrect item, please call us at 888-648-3353 and we will immediately resolve the problem.
